it’s not just the actions or the knowledge that batman knows martial arts; it’s the mindset. He knows the different styles of martial arts and the basic moves, forms, and principles. He also knows the techniques and maneuvers that will help him win the fight. He knows how to adapt to different situations and what not to do. He’s confident and comfortable in his own skin, knowing that he has the knowledge that he knows.

He doesn’t know enough about the basic moves, forms, and principles to know how to take advantage of his knowledge to make something happen. You are right but so too are most of us. We have the knowledge but we dont have the skills and we dont know enough to use it.
If you do go to the gym and have the time to practice the moves, you will be using one of the best martial arts I’ve ever seen. It’s not like we did the gym. We trained our body before we had any training for the moves, and we were practicing them. We didn’t teach our body how to use the moves, we just worked them out and practiced them.

The one thing that has to happen is that we don’t have a lot of time to practice. At the start of the game, we have about 2 hours of practice. The next game is about 2 hours and then we have about 1 hour of practice. That’s how we go from day to day.
My point is that when you’re talking about body movement, you’re actually talking about something that affects your brain. The way you move your body in a fight or fight against something forces you to think in a certain way. The only way to learn to move with more natural ease is to practice it until it becomes automatic, but that’s not always practical or desirable.
You would think that martial arts is something that we could just do in our sleep like we do in our day to day lives, but that’s not the case. We’ve got to train our muscles to perform certain movements. It’s not like you can just swing a sword, punch someone in the face, and move on with your life. That kind of routine is pretty much impossible.
You can actually learn to move more gracefully with the aid of martial arts.
