By I love the speed bag ceiling mount that came in my last kit. The only thing I do not love is that the speed bag is not adjustable. It is a fixed position that must be adjusted when you add or remove the speed bag. With the ceiling mounted speed bag you do not need to worry about adjusting it, and as long as you are using it and are not moving it, it is very stable.
While speed bags are great, they do have some drawbacks: they are quite expensive, and their construction and weight are not worth it unless you plan on using it for a lot of speed. The ceiling mount is a better way to go for both the speed bag and the ceiling mount.
While the ceiling mount is a good option for those who use their speed bags for speed, it is more of a “gimmick” than really useful. I don’t recommend it for people who are only interested in saving the world.
I dont like it either. First, the price. You can find decent speed bags for about $10 on ebay and other online retailers, but it is very expensive to buy the actual ceiling mount. Second, the construction of the ceiling mount looks as though it would be easier to steal than build. It is quite sturdy, but just hard to maintain. I agree. I know a lot of builders who are using them. The thing that I like about the ceiling mount is that it is easy to install and cheap to buy. It doesn’t take a lot of time or money to install it and still it works well.

The speed bag ceiling mount is, in my opinion, the most interesting ceiling mount that I have seen. After some time I found out, that it is the only ceiling mount that looks exactly the same from the wall. The only difference is that it is a different color and different pattern. It is a bit cheaper than the rest but it is worth it. The only downside is that it will not stand up to the weight of a large lamp.
I think the ceiling mounts is one of the best things I have seen in a while. It looks just like anything else out there. I use it for my bar stools, but I would love to have a lamp that is not too high. It is a nice and simple ceiling mount that you can find anywhere.
