One of the reasons I use the punch bag ceiling mount is that I can hang anything in one motion. Instead of sitting on the floor and stretching with a hammer, I just pick up the hammer and swing it at the object on the ceiling. A few months ago I got hung up on the height of the ceiling. That meant that when I was hanging the pager I could only reach it by standing up, and I couldn’t raise a finger.
The punch bag ceiling mount is a great way to hang your phone, tablet, or iPod in one motion. But if you have a really big phone or tablet, you might need an even bigger ceiling mount. Because the punch bag ceiling mount is much lighter than the typical ceiling mounted phone, the whole thing can be carried in one hand.
