By I am not a Mexican. My parents are Mexican and I am a full blooded American. I have never been to Mexico nor have I ever been a part of the Mexican culture. It’s not my place.
That is a very good point. I think that a lot of people don’t know the history of my parents because it’s not something that is taught in school. We have no idea why my mom was born in Mexico or how she ended up living in the United States. It just never crosses our minds.
