I see how your brain works. We are all in the same boat. Our actions, routines, and reactions are all the same – and we all have a tendency to do it. You will notice, however, that when our heads are on edge, we tend to think about things our own way. It is not the head that we should take the initiative to do something that is right.
If we want to live, we must learn to take initiative. We cannot take the initiative to not do something. Our brains and bodies are wired so that when we feel threatened, we react in our own direction. We do not need others to tell us that our actions are wrong. We need to know what is right and what is wrong.
We need to start taking responsibility for our choices. We need to become aware of how we choose to act in our daily lives. We need to learn how to make good choices without thinking about what others are going to say. We need to learn that we can only choose to do what is right for ourselves and that we are accountable for our choices.
It is a common misconception that you need another person to tell you that your actions are wrong. And while this may be true in some cases, it is NOT necessary. If we have the right tools, and we take the time to learn how to use them, then we can stand up for ourselves and do what is right. The truth is that what you do and how you choose to act is your responsibility.
There is a reason that the phrase “Stand up for yourself” was coined. It’s because, in our society, we often think that we can do it all on our own. But that is not the case. We need other people to stand up for us. And the best people to stand up for us are the ones that we can see and hear ourselves talking to.
Today’s ticket is about a 100 mph speed trap that our heroine Colt Vahn and her team have set up. It seems that the team is having some trouble tracking down a gang of criminals in a small town, and it is up to Colt to stop them before they get away. So Colt uses his “unlimited” superpowers to help her team stop the dangerous criminals one by one, but the bad guys always come back, and Colt’s superpowers are slowly draining.
Colt has no control over her powers, but she’s never had to use them. They only come in handy when she has to stop criminals, but they do have limits. A 100 mph ticket is the same as a speeding ticket except that you have to pay a hefty fine and go to jail. The superpowers only come from the fact that you’re already a superhero.
In the trailer, you can see Colt fighting crime for the first time (and getting into a car with an old lady and her cat) and then you can see her meeting up with the Visionaries. She might not be able to fight them, but she has her superpowers.
It might not be a superpowered fight, but you definitely get the feeling she’s capable of doing something heroic. She might not have the powers of the superpowered, but she can sure do what it takes to get things done. In a world where the superpowers aren’t real, she could be a lot more heroic.
