Not just for weight-loss reasons, but for life-style reasons, too. I think that people who are obsessed with calories can be the most unhealthy people, because they eat in a way that makes them look like they’re more healthy than they really are.

The problem is that it’s impossible to know what is healthy and what isn’t. I think that one of the main things that makes whoop calories so popular is that many of the foods that people eat on whoop calories don’t have calories, so they don’t count as “food”.
