A friend of mine (who I call “the warrior”) who is also a runner has set up a diet meal plan here at POPS, and I have to say, I am in love with it. The way it is structured is very simple. Instead of just eating the same thing every day you are allowed to change your eating habits each day.
This allows you to tailor your food plan to your body type. It has something to do with your body metabolism, and it is something that I am very interested in.
I have a few reasons why I want to use the word “naturist” and not “healthist”. One is my weight (I do more of it in the gym than I do in the lab), so for the most part I am not really eating anything special. Two are more important: I am not eating fast food or heavy food, I do it better.
When it comes to dieting, I like to think of it as a game. It’s pretty much a mental exercise. If you get too big, you become too big. If you get too fat, you become too fat. So much of our diet consists of our body fat. We are a lot more metabolizable than we thought. We are both metabolizable. With our diet, we are more metabolizable than we thought.
Most people have a set amount of fat in their bodies, and the more fat we have, the more we want to burn. But with dieting, you have to start somewhere. You have to set a goal to start losing fat. Some people will start with a small amount, others will start with big amounts. If we think back on our childhood, then one of the big changes that we made was getting more fat.
If you’re reading this right now, you’ve got a lot more food and food choices than you probably think. That’s why I’m talking about dieting. If you’re eating food, you have to start eating all the time. If your food is mostly protein and meat, you have to start eating protein and meat. That’s a huge change. We’ve started eating less now. In fact, eating fewer calories means we have more calories.
The diet part of the equation is all about balance. You have to eat the right amount of food so its actually good for you. The wrong amount of food will make you feel worse. One of the hardest things to remember to do is eat the right amount. There are other things that we get into that are hard to remember but in the end they are the things that really matter.
The reason our diets are so different from each other is because we don’t know what the other thing is that we eat. We don’t know the right thing to eat. We know where the right thing is. We don’t know which foods to eat. We know what to eat. If we don’t know where we eat, we don’t do the right thing.
Fighters eat a lot of carbs (and fat) and also eat many of the same foods as everyone else. But many of the foods we eat are not necessarily good for us. Fighters are not supposed to eat the same foods as everyone else because they are not supposed to, but that is not the case in many cases. We are supposed to be able to take in the foods we eat because if we are not able to, then something is wrong with our body.
