It’s been a few years since I have visited a self-help site, and I must admit that I wasn’t that impressed when I was first exposed to their services. Like most people, I was very curious about the things they were trying to accomplish, but my interest was always short lived. The problem with self-help is it’s not a long term relationship, and so in order to have the best possible results you must have a lot of interactions with it.

It can be practiced as much as you want, but the goal is to develop the self-awareness that you need to take care of your own needs.
