By I’ve seen videos from people who were the size of their dogs, but the bigger they got, the weaker and harder they became as a fighting machine.
This is actually true. I can attest to this from my own experience. My personal best was against a dog. That wasn’t a very hard fight, it was more like a game of tug of war. The dog was more suited for playing around in the neighborhood, I could probably have beaten him easily, but he was a real dog, and I was a real man.

So in my opinion, if you want to kill someone bigger than you then you have to figure out how to get them in a cage. Like a dog, you dont just go and kill someone bigger than you unless you have a way to control them.
In the case of a dog that can’t control a bigger dog, it might be that when you’re attacked, you can force the other dog to attack you. But in the case of a dog that can control a bigger dog, you can get them to attack you. If you can get your hands on the big dog, then you can force the smaller dog to attack you. Because once you’ve got them in a cage, you can control them.
